I open the unit and check laser. I measured more power than the laser label states. The shock watch sticker is red, meaning that has some impact may have just misaligned the laser to fiber. I inspected and cleaned the connectors.
It is either a faulty laser again, or some other issue. The laser has a label from 2021. The meter get stuck in the screen for laser stabilization. The unit is from 2019.
One back foot plastic is slightly damaged, and the screw was bent. The device still get stuck on this screen. This unit runs on windows 7 embedded.
